What to expect

  • •        Rapid turnaround: we aim to turn projects around within a week.
    •        Good people: we will create a team led by a MyVoice researcher with at least 10 years experience.
    •        Collaborative working: we pursue an “agile research” approach.  We will set up an online project space where the full project team (there is hopefully no “them” and “us”) can collaborate to deliver the best end result.
  • OUR RESPONSIBILITIES ARE:

    •        To provide a clear proposal that shows understanding of the problem and does not simply parrot back your brief
    •        To develop a precise and appropriate questionnaire (with your input)
    •        To provide a solid and suitable sample and smooth data collection
    •        To provide tables to your specification
    •        To provide a clear report with clear recommendations (if requested)
    •        To finish the project only when you are completely satisfied, and not when we’ve delivered the report
    •        Then, to send you an invoice…!

    • YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES ARE:

    • •        To provide us with a clear brief - and your brief should definitely include the one thing that you want know without which the entire project will be a complete waste of money!
      •        To flag up new directions you want to pursue as soon as possible.  We actually welcome new directions because, unlike many agencies, we see it as a key part of the collaborative process and not a distraction - but we do like to know as soon as possible.
      •        To approve (or return) our proposal and questionnaire versions as soon as possible, ideally within 24 hours.
      •        To provide clear direction on the tables you definitely want
      •        To provide us with a reasonable amount of background – we do not need to know everything and you will probably be more expert on your particular situation than even our research veterans, but the more we know the context, the stronger our recommendations.
      •        To complete our project feedback questionnaire as this is one key way we improve and incorporate new client requirements
      •        To pay within a month!
