MyVoice itself is a lean team focused on research and panels and so we rely on specialist partners especially for technology and software.

Research Software

logonebu2.gif Nebu BV have been developing software for the market research industry for almost 20 years.  We use Nebu products for scripting and hosting surveys and also for most aspects of our panel management.

Sawtooth Software produce a wide range of online research tools but we particularly like their conjoint analysis tools.  Currently we use their CBC (Choice Based Conjoint) product (with an extra module to allow us to perform Hierarchical Bayes estimation).

Open Source Software

We use SugarCRM, a CRM package for client management.
We use DotProject for managing projects.  Project management is absolutely crucial to MyVoice because we focus so much on speed and efficiency in research.  DotProject helps us achieve rapid turn arounds and allows clients to see where we are with a project at any particular stage.

Finally, our websites rely on Mambo CMS - a content management system that is very easy to update and adapt.

Technical Support

The Lapworth Consultancy ensure all our computers, printers and servers are up and running so that we can focus on delivering our services to our clients.
