Triggered emails demo
This survey demo triggers emails from within the survey. Emails can be sent to the respondent, the client, BCC'd to the agency. Whatever you want really. In addition to automated emails we can handle text messages and faxes (not that anyone still uses faxes of course!).

Basic Panel Registration demo
Panels are a real time and cost saver when you are repeatedly surveying the same individuals or groups. They can also be a more courteous way to initiate a continuous customer conversation. This demo shows a basic registration survey - we recommend keeping these "light".

Screener Survey demo
In this survey we screen out vulnerable members of society. Obviously screen outs can be used to target all but heavy users of a product or individuals who've had a specified experience in the past. Joking aside, respondents do not like screen outs and so they need to be handled sensitively. Mass market access panels that are happy targeting low incidence samples are helpful but I can't help feeling the enormous numbers of screen outs will progressively deter all but the most money oriented panellists. Far better to use niche samples or customer / CRM lists for low incidence work.
